Pizza base needs to be thicker

Normally love food here but just had it and the extra chips werent there and the shish was freezing cold

Disappointed it's taken over an 1hr and 50mins to deliver when he website says 1hr. Phoned shop who said is on already on way to us and took another 30mins Disappointing!!!
